Samantha Kelly | Can You Hear Me?

When I was little, I would ask my mom to draw me pictures of 'merdalmations' (dalmation + mermaid tail). Since then I've graduated from byu in visual arts and am now teaching stress management at UVU and practicing art therapy at the U of U hospital. Art is a form of communication and this is my visual language. Can you hear me?

Eva & Friends | Sycamore Street Press

Sycamore Street Press is the full-time family business of Kirk and Eva Jorgensen. We are dedicated to combining fresh designs, sustainable methods, and the vintage charm of letterpress printing. We collaborate with a few of our friends to create the designs for our cards, posters, gift tags, frame mats, fortune tellers, etc… Then Kirk and I crank each item through our Vandercook press by hand to achieve the texture and impression that letterpress is known for. We love the creative, collaborative nature of our work and we love sharing the beauty of letterpress with others!

I like to make bags made from old pairs of pants. I make soft toys- some rattle some don't. I have a new design for the rattles that sold so well at the last bazaar and I am working on a new toy design that will be better for small babies. I also make hot pads and embroider kids T-shirts. I might even pull out some other new ideas by the time May gets here...

Estes Girls | My Button Boutique

Button Boutique started as "uh-oh, I didn't think I would win" purchase on eBay.  In order to pay for the cost of our new crafting tools, the Estes girls quickly got to work creating all things buttons.  Buttons became a creative outlet and for some an obsession.  Slowly it evolved into a small business - one in which all Estes girls (ages thirty-something to three) help keep going.  With a houseful of six gals (and one very patient man) creating and making things is a daily event, one that seems to be a necessity.  Creating brings us happiness and sometimes a little extra cash.  We make adorable button earrings, pocket mirrors, hair accessories, magnets, and other button goodies.  We are excited to introduce some new products at the upcoming bazaar!

Lisa Furner | Mariposa Avenue

I make shadow lanterns, night lights and other lighting products made exclusively from recycled food cans. I'm a mother and step-mother to five kidlets and firmly believe in sayings like, "Use it up, wear it out, make it do or do without." We don't waste.

I hand cut each light so they are absolutely unique. They're a great way to 'shed more light' on green living.
